Welcome to Walkies operated by Walkies mobile. By accessing or using Walkies you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully, as they affect your legal rights. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Walkies.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years of age to use Walkies or if you are under 12, you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of Walkies, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 3. Use of the App
You agree to use Walkies only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You must not:

4. Intellectual Property
All content within Walkies Mobile including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Walkies Mobile or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use such content without the prior written consent of Walkies Mobile.
5. User-Generated Content
You may submit or upload content to Walkies By doing so, you grant Walkies Mobile a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the app and other platforms related to Walkies Mobile.
You are responsible for the content you submit, and you agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party.
6. In-App Purchases
Certain features of Walkies may require payment or in-app purchases. If you choose to make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Walkies Mobile to charge the specified amount.
All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided, except as required by applicable law.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Walkies mobile without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any conduct that we, at our discretion, believe is harmful to the app or other users.
Upon termination, you will no longer have the right to access or use the app.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Walkies mobile is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, either express or implied. Walkies mobile does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. You use the app at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Walkies mobile its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Walkies, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted in Walkies or on our website. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
